Almost everybody uses digital cameras. And the images you shoot are quite heavy, in terms of their size. This is very useful when you have to print them, for their size preserves the quality of original images; but if you feel like sharing some photos with friends and family, this point could be a bad thing, because the size it may take too long to send pictures by email. It is also true that not all email programs support sending and receiving large files at all.
Resize Pictures Plus graphics suite is an easy program that resizes, watermarks, renames and optimizes pictures to make them more suitable for email, or for any other use. It is an excellent tool, because even with its basic configuration you can gain a 60% compression of the regular size. It is up to you to compress more or less.
This program can process photos in a batch mode. You can force your images to a specified width and height, and still keep their proportions. Or you can define fixed picture dimensions. You will only need to drag some pictures from Windows explorer and drop them to the main window.
